Abstracts
Abstracts selected for poster presentation:
All posters will be displayed for the whole duration of the workshop and you will have the opportunity to discuss your work with colleagues during the poster sessions on Monday and Wednesday as well as coffee/tea breaks. The poster size is portrait A0 and should not exceed 90 cm wide x 120 cm high.
Abstracts selected for oral presentation:
Your talk should be no
longer than 20 min and is followed by 10 min of discussion.
The abstract submission deadline has passed
Submission opens October 1, 2008
1st Deadline: Monday, December 15, 2008
Late abstract deadline: March 15, 2009
Abstracts may be submitted under the following categories:
- Mechanisms of stem cell proliferation, migration and differentiation
- Developmental biology
- Novel regulatory mechanisms in the cardiomyocyte
- Cell-to-cell interactions
- Tissue engineering
- Computational sciences
- Other topics
Instructions
- The submitting author must be the presenting author
- Download the abstract form here
- Use Arial 12, including bold and italic as detailed on the abstract form
- Do not change paragraph format, line spacing and page margin settings of the form
- Title, authors, affiliation and abstract must all together not exceed one A4 page
- The abstract itself must not exceed 350 words
- Save your abstract under a filename that includes your last name
- Submit the abstract in Microsoft Word format
- Please note that abstracts that do not fulfill these format rules will be rejected
- Guidelines for presentation will be provided to authors of accepted abstracts
