Registration and abstract submission
To register for this workshop, please fill in the online registration form. The extended registration and abstract submission deadline is January 27th, 2012. Because of space limitations, it is recommended to submit your abstract and register as soon as possible. If the workshop gets oversubscribed, priority will be given to applicants who submitted an abstract. Registrants without abstract will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
You can submit your abstract either by uploading the file in your registration form or by sending it by email to Paolo Demaria (cardioascona@demariaevent.ch). Check here for more information on abstract submission. Please use our abstract template only.
Fees
Via bank transfer:
Single room: CHF1220; shared double room: CHF980 pp
Participants with fellowship: CHF680
By credit card:
Single room CHF1250; shared double room: CHF1010 pp.
Participants with fellowship: 710 CHF
These fees include the registration fee of CHF300 (conference attendance, abstract book, coffee breaks, conference dinner on Wednesday) and full board (hotel, breakfast at your hotel, as well as lunches and dinners at Monte Verita).

Method of payment
In the registration form you can
select two payment methods:
1) via
bank transfer: after your registration, you will
receive from us a bill with the fees and detailed account information
of the receiving bank.
2) by credit card: after submitting the registration
form you will reach a safe connection page where you can pay the
registration fees by entering your credit card information. A surcharge of CHF30.- applies to credit card payments (see fees).
Registration will be considered as completed upon receipt of your payment.
